End of month yarn stats: 45 entries, 74 skeins, 21955.50 metres, 7825 grams.
I did think about the MKAL pictures and thought to myself, "You should get those pictures, eh?" but I was driving at the time and the thought was filed safely away in that back room in my mind long before I was home. Ah, well, maybe this month. (Yeah, right.)
Okay, October wasn't bad. Still successfully cold-sheeping, and I even finished a project from the summer! The hat that my mom asked for. The hat that I told her I'd finished and was ready for her. That she said, "Oh, for me? Why?" And now I know why my memory's crap.
The flood clean-up at work drags on, but we continue to chip away at it and we've got our customer service area back up and (mostly) running. We adapt. We are flexible. We will get through this.
November goals:
1. Create a reminder to take pictures of the MKAL project.
2. Maybe take those pictures?
3. No yarn buying!
4. Finish the crochet project (or get to a point where the yarn is used up and now Walter has to decide if it's big enough).
I forgot about the pictures. I forgot to set a reminder. I didn't realize November was over.
I didn't buy yarn, and I did finish a project. It's been a difficult month - there was a loss (finale this Saturday), there was snow (ugh!), and there were many deadlines and changes at work.
December isn't going to be much better, I don't think. There's always so much going on. Ah, well, here are its goals:
1. Briefly contemplate the MKAL project and its lack of final project pictures.
2. Buy no yarn.
3. Drink tea daily.
4. Finish a project.
(I wonder if an increase in medication is warranted. Not willing to try to get a doctor's appointment, though. Not yet. Not unless it starts feeling difficult.)
